Who we are

This website (llaboom.com) is operated by LLABOOM, based in Canada. Questions: llaboom@outlook.com or our Contact page.

Information we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, when you signed up, a record that you ticked “Email me when LLABOOM launches” (time and wording), a random unsubscribe code and, if you unsubscribe, the date. Earlier signups may also include a country.
• Searches: any text or product link you enter, whether a photo was attached (yes or no only), your price range, country, category and the time. Searches aren't linked to your name, email or an account.
• Contact form: your name, email, topic, message and time, plus a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, which we use to limit spam. We don't store the IP address itself.
• Favourites: saved in your own browser's storage and never sent to us.

Photos

Photos you choose are shown only inside your browser. They are not uploaded, stored or sent to any AI service. Before we add AI photo matching, we'll update this policy and explain clearly on the search screen how photos are processed.

Analytics and cookies

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't record visitor statistics. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own administrator. When product links go live, retailers or affiliate networks may set their own cookies after you click through to their sites, under their own policies.

How we use information

• To email waitlist members about launch, and only if they agreed.
• To reply to contact-form messages.
• To understand what people search for and improve product discovery.

We don't sell or rent personal information.

Third-party services

• Emergent hosts the website, server and database.
• Resend, through Emergent's managed email service, sends our emails. Today it only sends test emails to our administrator.

These providers may process data outside Canada. We'll update this page before adding any retailer, affiliate or AI service.

Retention

• Searches: deleted automatically after 12 months.
• Waitlist signups: kept until you ask us to delete them or we close the waitlist. Unsubscribed records are kept, marked as unsubscribed, so we don't email you again.
• Contact messages: kept while we deal with your request. You can ask us to delete them.
• Failed admin sign-in attempts: deleted after 15 minutes.

If our hosting provider keeps backups, copies may stay there until those backups are replaced.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, and ask to access, correct or delete your information through llaboom@outlook.com or our Contact page. Depending on where you live, privacy laws (for example Canada's PIPEDA or UK data protection law) may give you further rights, including complaining to a privacy regulator.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. Only a signed-in administrator can view waitlist and contact data. No system is completely secure.

We'll update this page as LLABOOM changes and revise the date above.
